1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
✔ The item must be in resellable condition without signs of use or damage.
📌 Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened lipsticks unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the product back to the address provided in the return approval email.
4️⃣ Receive your refund after the product is inspected and approved.
📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:
✔ Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
✔ Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing policies.
✔ If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
📌 Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition.
4. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at contact@starsora.xyz within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
🚫 Opened or used lipsticks (for hygiene reasons).
🚫 Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale products.
🚫 Returns requested beyond 14 days of receiving the order.
